Long before the company had its own name, its founder was supplying industrial materials and learning what plants really need: material that is right for the application, available when a shutdown begins, and backed by someone who answers the phone. In 2003, that experience became CALCUTTA ASBESTOS CO., located on Station Road in Raipur.
Over the 23 years since, the business has grown into a complete solution for insulation products — a distributor and stockist serving power plants, steel plants, chemical plants, paper mills and rice mills, with more than 5000 products available.
